Move the macro runner jobs from codspeed-macro to codspeed-macro-x64-ryzen-9950x-ubuntu-24-04.

• codspeed-walltime and electron-e2e now use the x64 macro runner.
• electron-e2e now uses runner-version: latest instead of the v4.17.7-alpha.2 pin.
• The electron e2e example passes --disable-dev-shm-usage, so Chromium keeps shared memory in /tmp.
• Benchmark history starts a new baseline on the new runner.

The base and head of this comparison were measured with different runner settings, so their benchmark values are not directly comparable.

What changed between base and head:

• CodSpeed runner v5 changed how benchmarks are measured (base 4.17.7-alpha.2 → head 5.6.3). View release notes

Re-run the base with the same settings to get a valid performance comparison.
