Run Gitdog through
npx gitdog@latestwithout a global installation. The README quick start, everyday commands, CI examples and terminal artwork now show npx usage; the detailed reference also explains the optional global shorthand. Built-in help, onboarding, post-login steps and recovery hints use the same npx invocation. Publish 0.1.2 so the npm README carries the same instructions. The release workflow now smoke-tests its exact archive through npx on Node.js 22.14. It also allows five minutes for registry/provenance propagation: npm accepted 0.1.1 immediately but took around three minutes to expose it publicly, exceeding the old one-minute verification window. Publication still runs once; archive, signature, tag and source mismatches remain hard failures.
Validation: 94 CLI tests, typecheck, Prettier and actionlint passed. Anonymous npx usage works in an isolated cache without a global binary, and npx reached the real OpenIAP project with both indexes completed (17,144 search chunks, zero failures). Exact-archive npx verification and the release workflow provide package-level checks.
