CKMSQuantilesTest.testIllegalArgumentExceptionchecked the messages only in catch blocks with nofail()after the calls, so it passed even ifQuantilestopped rejecting out-of-range arguments. It now usesassertThatExceptionOfType, like the other tests in the module.
