The owner's word, 5 November 2026: take the site live.

One fact moves - site.status to launched - and everything that follows from it is regenerated: the draft banner goes from every page, and site/_headers stops telling robots to stay away (X-Robots-Tag: noindex, nofollow is gone). Nothing else changes.

Built on #22 (the switch's words and the phone shrink), so the live site carries them; merges after it, on green. The gate's proof of a launch status left stale now moves the status whichever way it stands, so it proves the same thing on a launched site.

The owner's words for the inspection switch: "How Wherefore compiled this
page" - the site's own verb, so it reads as the product's idea at work on
its own site and not as a site builder. On a phone, where the floating
switch covered the first screen's View on GitHub button, it keeps
floating and shrinks: "Compiled by Wherefore" on two lines, tighter
padding, the same thumb-sized height (owner, 5 November 2026, option 2).
